As a child, I suffered from extreme hay fever. In my twenties, I was diagnosed with oral allergy syndrome (no fresh fruits or veggies) and a nut allergy. Now, in my thirties, I have been diagnosed with even more allergies - to just about everything. Follow me on my journey.

Rye. All legumes. Yeast. Garlic. Mustard. Sesame Seeds. Ginger. All trees, grasses, weeds, and pollen. Cat. Dog. Wheat intolerance. etc.
