Hi, I’m Felicia—also known as Ms. Allergic to Everything.

My journey with allergies began in childhood with severe hay fever. In my twenties, I was diagnosed with Oral Allergy Syndrome (meaning no fresh fruits or vegetables), along with a nut allergy. Over time, that list has continued to grow, and today I navigate life with a wide range of food and environmental allergies.

Some of my allergies include:
Oral Allergy Syndrome (no fresh fruits and vegetables), nuts (walnut, peanut, almond, pistachio, pecan, cashew, and more), coconut, fish, shrimp, egg whites, corn and corn products, soy, barley, rye, legumes, yeast, garlic, mustard, sesame seeds, ginger, as well as environmental allergens such as trees, grasses, weeds, pollen, cats, and dogs. I also have a wheat intolerance.

While I truly value connecting with others about their allergy experiences, I am not a medical professional and cannot provide medical advice or recommendations. Due to the high volume of messages I receive, I’m unfortunately unable to respond to each one individually.

For support, treatment options, and further education, I encourage you to connect with your local allergy organization or a qualified medical professional.
